We will devote this meeting to working together to address our concerns around benefits, the rising cost of living and salary inequalities, and then generating concrete next steps.  

One promising site of intervention is reworking the process through which health benefits are determined.  Eric Kingson, from the Senate Committee on Services to Faculty and Staff, will be presenting on this important issue briefly at the meeting.
